CMDG Grand Challenge Programme Memorial

The canonical anti-drift memorial preserving the full I–XIX formulation of CMDG — Certified Reconstruction of the Mathematical Dependency Graph is retained verbatim at:

records/CMDG_GRAND_CHALLENGE_PROGRAMME_MEMORIAL.md

The archival record uses the original memorial blob 5131d206f4f14ee027aae1154cda5d6469d674a7; its heading hierarchy is intentionally preserved as historical source text rather than rewritten to satisfy rendered-site heading policy.
