GCL Synthesis Pilot

Current status

GCL-SYNTHESIS-WP00 Tranche 1 is TRANCHE_1_COMPLETED_PROTECTED.

It completed through PR #208 from reviewed candidate d4072fb04c35ffb43632c6fb28f6b047ad24225e and protected merge c8d5e6424c6b9338706b1abd00141fb7f71ed63e.

The generated GCL_SYNTHESIS_REVIEW_PACKET.md is retained as the pre-admission review packet for that protected tranche. Its pending_external_review labels and activation sequence describe the candidate state that existed before protected admission; they are historical evidence, not the current status of the protected pilot and not the current routine execution protocol.

Scope

Tranche 1 is a bounded transfer-analysis control.

It binds every transfer claim to exact protected source artifacts, requires explicit source and target assumptions, preserves non-transferability, records contradictions and duplication without prose harmonization, and produces deterministic report and review-packet projections.

The protected pilot contains exactly four transfer records:

  • three accepted bounded governance transfers;
  • one rejected cross-domain analogy.

It also contains exactly four contradiction or duplication records covering Git/GitHub versus optional AETHER workspace semantics, candidate evidence versus realizability and product claims, portfolio versus synthesis responsibilities, and reuse of truth-spine identity controls.

Accepted transfers authorize only their recorded validator or review consequence. They do not activate downstream work packages. Rejected analogies carry no executable authority.

Review and maintenance

The original review packet names Axiomatist, Cartographer, Verifier, Adversary, Formalist, Amanuensis, Referee, and Human Steward because those were the admission questions for Tranche 1. Candidate rows are questions, not self-authenticating approvals.

Current routine maintenance follows MP-STREAMLINED-EXECUTION-001. A documentation, projection, or semantic-preserving repair does not require a fresh full office review or Human Steward gate merely because its commit is new. A materially new transfer claim, source-semantic assertion, constitutional authority expansion, or external claim receives the specialist review appropriate to that changed object.

Evidence and review bind to the material transfer/source identities. Unrelated protected-main movement does not invalidate them.

Boundary

This pilot does not prove mathematics, establish source-target equivalence beyond an admitted bounded transfer, issue certification, authorize publication, determine novelty or patentability, validate products, or create commercial authority.
