Domain 01 · Union-Closed Sets

Campaign ID: UC
Mathematical status: open conjecture
Programme role: foundational demonstration domain and Wave Two documentary candidate
Governance: ADR-0002, ADR-0007, ADR-0010

Claim boundary

The programme does not claim a proof of Frankl's conjecture. Domain 01 established the first complete programme spine: normalized definitions, exact finite checks, Lean-facing statements, local pairing lemmas, canonical claim ledgers, Agent Council review, and certification handoffs.

WP01 is a completed baseline. Its WP02/MATHCERT handoff has been discharged, but downstream restricted results, exact verification through universes of size four, lattice constraints, and documentary publication work do not promote the full conjecture.

Canonical artifacts

Documentary state

The Element in Half the Worlds is source-locked as a proposed full-tier documentary and registered as a pre-admission candidate. The candidate metadata are public. Its source pointer remains repository-only, and no Union-Closed browser page, edition record, public source record, asset directory, or admitted manifest volume yet exists.

UC-DOC-WP01 may continue construction. Public admission must add the page, edition record, assets, source record, collection row, navigation entry, and manifest volume atomically and pass the generalized documentary and programme policy gates.

What may be relied upon

Readers may rely on the explicitly bounded computations, checked local Lean lemmas, replayed certificates, source-lock identities, and canonical documentary trust records within their stated domains. None supplies the missing local-to-global bridge needed for the universal conjecture.

Current frontier

The mathematical frontier and later Work Package state are maintained in the domain master plan. The documentary frontier is the governed UC-DOC-WP01 conversion and atomic-admission obligation. This page remains an orientation index rather than a duplicate theorem or milestone ledger.
