Frontier Advancement Gate

The Frontier Advancement Gate separates safe evidence transport from mathematical research scheduling.

A completed GCL-CONTRIBUTION-RESULT/1 does not itself authorize a successor. Next residual is evidence supplied by the contributor.

A successor requires a protected disposition: ADVANCE_FRONTIER, INDEPENDENT_VERIFY, FORMALIZE, ADVERSARIAL_ATTACK, SOURCE_BLOCKED, REFUTED, CLOSED_NO_SUCCESSOR, or CAMPAIGN_TERMINAL.

The default independent replay budget for a bounded deterministic claim is one. Additional replay requires a named reason such as discrepancy, material artifact change, certification, or deliberate adversarial challenge.

claim_effect: NONE normally closes the operational contribution without creating a mathematically equivalent successor.
